A Time For Heroes was a promotional video for Series 10 of Doctor Who featuring Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor, Pearl Mackie as Bill Potts and Matt Lucas as Nardole.
The video featured Bill Potts delivering and internal monologue and foreshadowed her death in World Enough and Time with Bill saying she'll stay with the Doctor "even if it kills me". It was broadcast on BBC One.[2]
Synopsis

Plot
As the Twelfth Doctor, Bill Potts and Nardole run through a library corridor with explosions on all sides, a strangely-elated Bill has an internal monologue about the Doctor and her relationship to him. Eventually the three come to a head with a mysterious blue vortex at the end of the corridor in which they have visions of many strange faces, resolving into that of the wrathful Ice Warrior Queen Iraxxa, who roars at them.
