Norman Kay, sometimes credited as Norman F. Kay, composed the incidental music for three Season One stories: "An Unearthly Child," "The Keys of Marinus," and "The Sensorites." Mr. Kay was born on 5th January 1929, in Bolton, Lancashire, England. He died on 12th May 2001 from Motor Neurone Disease.
