The Gloucester Incident (PROSE: The Monster Vault) was the event in which the Division attempted to capture the Fugitive Doctor on Earth. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)

Aftermath and legacy

During the Master's Dalek Plan, Yaz recognised the Fugitive Doctor form adopted by the Holo-Doctor as a tour guide from Gloucester. (TV: The Power of the Doctor)
