The International Circus was the name under which Luigi Rossini's circus operated. While in England, the circus was visited by the Master, who landed his TARDIS on the premises before hypnotising Rossini to bring him under control.
The circus had a number of performing animals, including lions and elephants. (TV: Terror of the Autons)
