Frank Windsor (12 July 1928-30 September 2020[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Ranulf Fitzwilliam in The King's Demons and Inspector Mackenzie in Ghost Light.

He was also considered for the roles of Rorvik in Warriors' Gate, (TCH 33) Orcini in Revelation of the Daleks (TCH 41) and Ratcliffe in Remembrance of the Daleks. (TCH 44)

He shared his memories of The King's Demons on the documentary Back to Bodiam: Making The King's Demons, which was released three years after his death. The documentary was dedicated to his memory.
