Leonard Meyer Sachs (26 September 1909-15 June 1990[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Admiral Gaspard de Coligny in The Massacre and Lord President Borusa in Arc of Infinity.

He had also been considered for the roles of Marcus Scarman in Pyramids of Mars (TCH 24) and Monarch in Four to Doomsday. (TCH 34).
