A Date with Destiny was the second audio story in the anthology Dying Hours. It was written by Robert Valentine and featured Sooz Kempner as Doom and Camille Coduri as Jackie Tyler to be added

It was the sixteenth overall story in the Doom's Day multimedia series.

It was released in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Doctor Who.

Publisher's summary

A romantic dinner turns life-threatening for an unsuspecting human in 2007. But this time, Doom has competition. And if she loses, then her last chance to find the Doctor could be snatched away. Cue an action-packed chase through the streets of London. But has Doom met her match?
