Paul Sturgess, popularly known as Tall Paul, (born 25 November 1987[1]) played a tall white creature with a cloak, no eyes and a snout in It Takes You Away. His role was, however, cut from the final product.

Sturgess is currently the tallest basketball player in the world, at 7 ft 8 in. In 2017, he became the UK's tallest man, after the death of fellow Doctor Who guest Neil Fingleton.
