Cargan was a Time Lord.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
After graduating from the Time Lord Academy, Cargan took a trip with Orb and became stranded on the planet Minatorius when his TARDIS was drained of energy.
When Cargan discovered that the drain was a potential threat to the universe, he tried to shut down the machine causing the drain. He and his TARDIS were destroyed by the feedback. (COMIC: Minatorius)
