Cargan's TARDIS

On a trip with Orb after graduating from the Time Lord Academy, Cargan was stranded on the planet Minatorius when his TARDIS was drained of energy, meaning when it was stranded on Minatorius the chameleon circuit wasn't working.
The TARDIS resembled a large cube with the door opened by large hydraulic rams. When Cargan discovered that the drain was a potential threat to the universe, he tried to shut down the machine causing it. He and his TARDIS were destroyed by the feedback. (COMIC: Minatorius)
