Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, while in the skin suit of Margaret Blaine, had "dinner in bondage" with the Ninth Doctor in Cardiff. She was bound to the Doctor by a set of handcuffs provided by Jack Harkness. Were Blon to move more than ten feet away from the Doctor, she would have been zapped by ten thousand volts.
