Match of the Who, also titled The Doctor takes Match of the Day on a trip through time?!!, was a minisode featuring Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor which was broadcast on Match of the Day on 4 May 2024.
Plot
Various points throughout the history of Match of the Day are shown, with transitions featuring the Doctor's TARDIS flying through the Time Vortex, leading up to a futuristic version of the show, where the Fifteenth Doctor, a cyborg Gary Lineker, and a holographic Ian Wright are sitting, seemingly discussing a football match.

Notes
- Ian Wright appearing in the futuristic Match of the Day studio in space as a hologram is similar to how, in the Star Wars franchise, some Jedi would sometimes attend meetings via holographic form.
