President Felixian III was a Supreme Being of the Morning Star who existed prior to, and was a part of, the great planetary bifurcation.

According to Olivia Kagg Waldermein, after the bifurcation, at least fourteen Supreme Beings, all of which had taken the regnal name of Felixian III, assumed leadership of their own variants of the Morning Star following the great planetary bifurcation. One of these was the Third Felixian III of the Third Homeworld.

Felixian III and the presidents of their namesake were studied by the Felixian III Society. It was theorised by Meta-Historian Olivia Kagg Waldermein that some Felixian IIIs may have been pure namesakes and others may have been "extrapolated simulacra of the same root individuals" from before the bifurcation, the study of which she stated was further confused by bodily recorporation.
