The Second Felixian III was one of the better known incarnations of Felixian III prior to and during the Cosmic War.

The original Felixian III and their namesakes, including the Third Felixian III, were studied by the Felixian III Society. According to Olivia Kagg Waldermein, at least fourteen Supreme Beings, all of which had taken the regnal name of Felixian III, assumed leadership of their own variants of the Morning Star during the great planetary bifurcation. It was theorised by Waldermein in 2323 that some Felixian IIIs may have been pure namesakes and others may have been "extrapolated simulacra of the same root individuals" from before the bifurcation, the study of which she stated was further confused by bodily recorporation. Appearance

Felixian III's second incarnation had a "winged, feline appearance". Both this and their third incarnation were "unique among recorded Felixians." (PROSE: Love & War [+]Loading...["Love & War (short story)"])
