Ilya was a Medusan from the planet Hydrosa.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Before her planet was destroyed, she was a medical doctor, and had a family. After Hydrosa was destroyed by Project Blackstar, she escaped on a refugee ship. Her family was all killed in the planet's destruction. While on the ship, she used her natural ability to squeeze through vents and steal food from the ship's kitchen.
Eventually she found herself on Edge City on the planet Redemption, and joined the local circus. She performed as a trapeze artist, being known as "Madame Ilya". Eventually she was recruited by a fellow refugee Kriket to aid in the heist to steal back the Domdaniel. She recognized "Mr. Seta" as the Time Lord who was involved in Project Blackstar, although she had doubts, citing she could not trust her own judgement.
During the heist, "Mr. Seta" was shot and wounded, and she tended to him on the Domdaniel. While doing so, she discovered "Mr. Seta" was in fact a Time Lord known as The Master, she attempted to kill him for revenge. During the scuffle, Kriket attempted to intervene and was killed by her accidentally. When she was about to shoot The Master, she was killed by Jovern Morski before she can pull the trigger.
