History

The Master used to kill two Time Lords on Tersurus. (AUDIO: Dominion [+]Loading...["Dominion (audio story)"]) In his attack on his thirteenth incarnation, he used the TCE as a distraction before employing a Malson Electrofield to burn his past self "to a crisp".
