History
The Master used the TCE to kill two Time Lords on Tersurus. (AUDIO: Dominion [+]Loading...["Dominion (audio story)"]) In his attack on his thirteenth incarnation, he used the TCE as a distraction before employing a Malson Electrofield to burn his past self "to a crisp". (AUDIO: The Two Masters [+]Loading...["The Two Masters (audio story)"]) He later gave one to Sally Armstrong.
