Time was a planet that existed outside of time and space, having showed no temporal readings when scanned by the Doctor's sonic screwdriver. (TV: War of the Sontarans) It was artificial, created as part of the Time Lords' efforts to end the Dark Times and keep the forces of time under control, its planetary mass carefully calculated for the purpose. (TV: Once, Upon Time) Although the Thirteenth Doctor initially claimed that there was no planet with such a name, she was corrected by Swarm. It contained the Temple of Atropos, home of the Mouri who controlled the flow of time.
Yasmin Khan and Inston-Vee Vinder were transported there following their encounters with the Flux. Joseph Williamson was also present on the planet when Yaz first arrived, (TV: War of the Sontarans) having been transported there by a portal in his tunnels. (TV: The Vanquishers)
With two of the Mouri incapacitated, Swarm, Azure and a Passenger form replaced them with Yaz and Vinder, ensuring that time flowed correctly once more with a snap of Swarm's fingers. (TV: War of the Sontarans)
Swarm and Azure sought to give the Doctor as a sacrifice to their "saviour", Time, an Eternal and the embodiment of time worshipped by the Ravagers. Time, who had been imprisoned in the Temple of Atropos since the Mouri were instated, manifested from active particles of the Time Force to scorn the Ravagers for their failure in freeing Time from Atropos, and to inform them that the final Flux event they had launched from the Division's base had been thwarted. Time punished the Ravagers, destroying them in the process, although Azure viewed it as a form of ascension. When left face to face with the Doctor, Time warned the Doctor that her time was ending, and that no regeneration or life could last forever. It reunited the Doctor, who had been fragmented into three splinters across spacetime, and returned her to her TARDIS. (TV: The Vanquishers)
