A "stealth black" Cyberscout


Cyber-Scouts were a devision of Cybermen that were highly skilled in scouting various objectives and patrolling. Some Scouts were also painted completely black for easier concealment. On Telos scouts usually patrolled a set route, they where targeted by Stratton and Bates. (DW: Attack of the Cybermen)

At least one Scout was Time Scooped to the Death Zone by Borusa, where it was used to locate the Doctors, as the Cybermen planned to find the Doctor's TARDIS and destroy it with cyber-bombs. (DW: The Five Doctors)
