Aukon was originally Science Officer Anthony O'Connor of the Hydrax before serving the King Vampire as one of Three Who Rule.

Biography

After the Hydrax accidentally left N-Space and passed into E-Space, along with the three, Aukon ruled the unnamed planet in E-Space as an advisor to Zargo and Camilla. The Three Who Ruled kept the population of the planet in thrall for a thousand years. Aukon was able to control a flock of bats into doing his bidding. He sent the to attack the Doctor and Romana. Aukon wanted to sacrifice Romana and initiate Adric as a vampire at the time of arising. Aukon and the others died when the Doctor launched one of the scout ships into the heart of the Great Vampire.
