Zargo was originally Captain Miles Sharkey of the Hydrax before turning into one of the Three Who Rule.
Biography
Landing on a primitive planet, Sharkey (eventually Zargo), along with two other officers, ruled the planet, from the tower, for 1000 years, through keeping the population in a constant fear of The Wasting as King, with Camilla as his queen, and Aukon as his advisor. Achieving immortality through a race known as the Great Vampires, over the years Sharkey became known as "Zargo"., forbidding all knowledge.
Years ago, he once pursued the group of rebels with help from his men. Zargo eventually died when the Fourth Doctor launched one of the shuttles into the heart of the King Vampire, causing Zargo, Aukon and Camilla to lose their immortality, subsequently ageing to death. (DW: State of Decay)
