The driver of Charles Dickens' private cart was an English man. He drove him to his screening in Cardiff, and back after fleeing the evil Gelth. The Ninth Doctor accompanied Dickens, ordered the driver to track the cart of Gabriel Sneed and Gwyneth, who had kidnapped Rose Tyler. The driver was hesitant to follow his orders, but Dickens confirmed the order and the chase began. The driver stopped the cart at Sneed and Company's mortuary and the Doctor and Dickens went in. The driver most likely left during the time Dickens spent in the morgue. (DW: The Unquiet Dead)
