The Wiry woman was a Futurekind who infiltrated Silo 16. She sabotaged the power output, delaying the Rocket launch and causing a man in the radiation chamber to be killed as the radiation could not be held back. The human Guards then found and shot her. (DW: Utopia)
She perhaps supports the myth that Futurekind is a deevolution of humanity as her teeth were only stating to become fangs in her first scene.
