Zargo was originally Captain Miles Sharkey of the Hydrax before turning into one of the Three Who Rule.
Biography
Landing on a primitive planet, Sharkey (eventually Zargo) and two other officers ruled the planet from the tower for a thousand years. They kept the population in constant fear of The Wasting King, with Camilla as his queen, and Aukon as his advisor. Thanks to a race known as the Great Vampires, they were immortal. Over the years Sharkey became known as "Zargo" and forbade all knowledge.
