Gertrude Blight was a widow working under Sir Henry Montague and with Tiberius Finch. She obtained the children for Finch's experiments and was the front for the HMS Hades. When Torchwood Three investigated the HMS Hades, she fought and was eventually killed by Alice Guppy. (TWN: The Baby Farmers)
