Roger Lloyd Pack (often credited as Roger Lloyd-Pack) (8 February 1944-15 January 2014[1]) was an English actor who played John Lumic in the Doctor Who episodes Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel.

He was also considered for the role of Bulic in Warriors of the Deep (TCH 38)

Outside of Doctor Who, he is probably best known as Colin "Trigger" Ball in the BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses, Owen Newitt in The Vicar of Dibley and Barty Crouch, Sr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which also featured David Tennant as his son, Barty Crouch, Jr. Pack also appeared in the 2008 remake of Survivors as Billy Stringer.
