In 1893 Glasgow, the messenger boy gave Strax a telegram from Madame Vastra, summoning him to a psychic conference call, while the Sontaran was battling the "pleasant primitive", Archie. Strax addressed the messenger as "girl" due to his gender confusion. (TV: The Name of the Doctor)
