Sam Seeley was a poacher who lived with his wife Meg at Brook Cottage, near Oxley Woods in Epping.
In 1980, Seeley discovered one of the Nestene meteorites and kept it hidden, thinking he could profit from it, but was forced by Captain James Munro to tell UNIT its location, after he went to them asking how much it was worth. Seeley later met the Daily Chronicle journalist James Stevens in a pub. He told him he had found one of the "thunderballs" rumoured to have fallen to Earth. Stevens dismissed Seeley's claims as nothing more than the ramblings of a drunk. (PROSE: Who Killed Kennedy [+]Loading...["Who Killed Kennedy (novel)"])
