In Pete's World, Henrik's Surprise was an ice cream flavour made by Millington and exclusively sold in Henrik & Son. The flavour comprised of sausage sorbet layered with caper cream, and a unique brulee of bacon toffee, which was kept crispy with Gemini12. (GAME: Cybus Spy)
