Harold Wyntonia was a worker at the Mahuika power station on Segonus IV. During a meltdown at the station, Harold found himself trapped high up on a collapsing walkway. The Thirteenth Doctor attempted to save him, asking him to jump down to the lower walkway where she would catch him. Upon seeing the Doctor's face, Harold fearfully refused her help, having been fed the vicious lies told about the Doctor through the Freedom Thoughtcast Network. Failing to talk him round, the Doctor watched helplessly as the walkway collapsed, sending Harold plummeting to his death.
Harold's death was later reported on the network. He was a father of three.
