The Terrance Dicks Library was a library located in St Luke's University.
When the Twelfth Doctor was "correcting" the books in the library, Jenny crashed her bowship into the building, the Doctor directing everyone to evacuate. The library was cordoned off by UNIT before the white energy on the bowship began infecting UNIT staff and the university's students. With the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, the Twelfth Doctor returned to the library's ruins and claimed the bowship, using it to fly off into the Void and stop the threat of a rogue Type 1 TARDIS.
