Open Mic Night was a back-up comic story published in an issue of Four Doctors in 2015.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Tenth Doctor wraps up an open mic bit, noting that the audience had been great, but perhaps "too honest". He then introduces the next person in line, his next incarnation. The Eleventh Doctor attempts to tell some observational humour on the concept of observational humour, but this does not go over well and he quickly leaves the stage. The Twelfth Doctor enters next, and tells one joke: "Man walks into a Police Box. Ow." After the audience does not respond, he angrily yells at them for not accepting the set-up and pay off. He then leaves the state, suggesting to his other selves that they go check out Karaoke, noting, "I've heard it's delicious."
