Nesshalop was a Sucrosian who was imprisoned on Justice Prime and forced to develop new technologies for the Blathereen. Alongside the Ninth Doctor, she developed a theory of how the Justicia star system could be repurposed as a gravitational centrifuge. Nesshalop was later wounded by Ermenshrew Blathereen, who removed one of the Sucrosian's eyes and presented it to the Doctor as a threat. Her detached eye remained alive, and she later used it to signal to John Robsen when he was about to be attacked by a Blathereen. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
