The Regenerators were the equivalent of the Time Lords on an alternate Gallifrey. As the name suggested, they were able to regenerate, however they had not yet discovered time travel when encountered by the N-Space versions of Romana, Narvin, and Leela. (AUDIO: Forever, Emancipation)
