Frank Finlay CBE (6 August 1926-30 January 2016[1]) voiced a Shapeshifter taking on the form of Jacob Williams in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Bedtime Story. He was one of the few Oscar-nominated actors to appear in a Doctor Who production.
He was previously considered for the roles of Lord Ravensworth in The Mark of the Rani and Orcini in Revelation of the Daleks. (TCH 41)
