Monan was the home planet of the Monan Host. (PROSE: Parallel Lives) During the Etra Prime Incident, Monan suffered a brief but devastating invasion by the Daleks in their attack on the Temporal Powers' homeworlds, decimating their population. Lady President Romana II of Gallifrey promised to provide aid in the rebuilding of the fellow Powers.
