Hilary Minster (21 March 1944-24 November 1999[1]) appeared as Thals in two Doctor Who television stories: as Marat in Planet of the Daleks and a Thal soldier in Genesis of the Daleks.

He is perhaps better known as General Von Klinkerhoffen in the Second World War sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!.
