William Schaible was a Spectrum Shade operating in New Jersey in the 2060s.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
One afternoon, when U.F.O.s were sighted over New Jersey for little more than half a minute, Schaible was able to take photographs of them with his camera, with one photograph depicting a U.F.O. over a building.
Schaible sent these photographs into TV 21, along with an explanation of how they came to be, leading to a response from Colonel White awarding him with a £1 prize and planning to take a photograph to Unity City later that week, where the World President and government scientists would fully analyse it.
