Dr. Eleventh was the third story in the Dr. Men series. It was written by Adam Hargreaves, and featured the Eleventh Doctor and River Song.

- River is wearing brown cowgirl boots. (TV: The Impossible Astronaut)
- River and the Doctor encounter Zygons shapeshifted into rabbits. River recognizes them as Zygons right away, but the Doctor does not. The Tenth Doctor previously encountered a rabbit he mistakenly believed was a Zygon. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)
- River is particularly knowledgeable of Zygons, so much so that the Tenth Doctor once sought her out for her expertise on them. (PROSE: The Day of the Doctor)
