Satthaltrope became demented during her time trapped in Lungbarrow and refused to let anyone speak of murder in case she began to think that Quences was murdered (which he was). She convinced herself that everything was the Doctor's fault, as did Glospin.

Satthralope was the Housekeeper of Lungbarrow from the age of three hundred and two until her death more than nine hundred and fifty years later.
