During a visit to Sheffield, the Thirteenth Doctor mentioned having had sisters, (TV: Arachnids in the UK) although she had lost all her family "a long time ago". (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
While living as a professor on Earth under the name "Daniel Joyce" and other pseudonyms, the Doctor's father married a human woman and had a daughter. She was in her thirties by the year 2002. (PROSE: Unnatural History)
In King Arthur's court, Merlin's half-sister, Ganeida, was the daughter of a nun and "a demon". (PROSE: A Honeycomb of Souls) By several accounts, Merlin was a title adopted by one or more incarnations of the Doctor, (TV: Battlefield, PROSE: Legends of Camelot, One Fateful Knight) who also had a human mother and Time Lord father. Irving Braxiatel, the Doctor's brother, hinted to the Oracle of the Lost that he had lost either a daughter or a sister. (PROSE: Tears of the Oracle)
