We are the Daleks! was a short story original to the 1973 Doctor Who Special. Eight years after Genesis of Evil and two years before Genesis of the Daleks, it saw Dalek creator Terry Nation giving yet another possible account of the Daleks' origin which has little in common with any other version of Dalek history.
