Ameron

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Ameron was a planet where, according to one account, Halldon scientists had transplanted primitive humans and artificially accelerated their evolution, thus creating the Daleks according to the research of the scientist Bryant Anderson. Later scientists and historians were unable to contradict or deny Anderson's findings. While some dismissed his theories as one of the creation myths other races sometimes formulated about the Daleks, others believed that Daleks really might have come to be on Ameron, and that the Daleks of Skaro might themselves have been the result of proto-humans being transplanted to Skaro in ages past.
