Red Emperor in his youth, played games of Sazou against the Doctor. On the Doctors orders he destroys the Dracnian Empire in order to protect his planet from the space plague. On his death he summoned the Doctor as a noble of Draconia to stand vigil. (BFA: Paper Cuts)
