Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was a Slitheen who disguised himself as a policeman named Strickland during the attempted destruction of Earth. Sip-Fel-Fotch was sent to get rid of Jackie Tyler, but was electrocuted by the actions of the Ninth Doctor, allowing Jackie to escape with Mickey Smith. (TV: Aliens of London / World War Three) Though Sip Fel-Fotch attempted to kill Jackie and Mickey in Mickey's home, he was killed by Jackie when she threw vinegar at him.
