Hull was a city in England.
History
In 1887, a young woman named Julia Hardwick became a cause celebre in Hull when she claimed to come from the future. (WC: A Ghost Story for Christmas)
Kathy Nightingale was transported to Hull in 1920 from London in 2007 by a Weeping Angels, who fed on her potential energy. Other residents included Ben Wainwright, whom she eventually married. (DW: Blink)
