Hossak was a Time Lord in charge of a fake temporal summit. She would do anything to make sure the summit was successful, included rewriting time to avoid any misunderstandings. This happened three times: when the station was created and the servitors were activated early; when Flinkstab killed a dancer; and when Narvin apparently killed Pule of Unvoss. The last time she tried to rewrite time, she tried to destroy the paradox of Romana on the station, but failed when a competing time field of Romana's presidential TARDIS interfered. She was then arrested after learning that the summit she presided over was actually a fake. (AUDIO: Square One)
