A spaceship held the remnants of exiled Vandosians, described by the Ninth Doctor as a "leftover cult". It also held the Vandos Tribunal.

History

In 2005, the rogue Vandosians teleported Phil Tyson on board, while believing him to be the reincarnation of Shogalath, whom the Vandos Tribunal considered guilty of destroying the Vandos Imperium and under Vandosian law, was to be executed.

Rose Tyler blew up the court with the Ninth Doctor's sonic screwdriver and she and the Doctor escaped with Phil into the TARDIS. The Vandosians threatened to use the ship to fire at the island of Great Britain if Phil wasn't returned, but thanks to the Doctor's earlier meddling, it backfired, destroying the ship.
