This group of android robots who masqueraded as a force of Medieval Knights originated from a spaceship, observed by the Twelfth Doctor to have came from the 29th century, which had crash landed on Earth in the past while on a destination to the Promised Land. The ship would surface as the castle of Nottingham in 1190 England. By this point, they served the Sheriff of Nottingham, who aspired to take the English throne. (TV: Robot of Sherwood)

Characteristics

Similar to the Clockwork Droids, these robots followed camouflage procedures to blend into their surroundings, namely 1190 England, by appearing in the form of Medieval knights. They were armed with swords as well as a laser embedded in their forehead, which could completely disintergrate a human at full power. However, the beam could be reflected by a metal plate, destroying the knight. (TV: Robot of Sherwood)
