Promised Land

The Promised Land, also known as Paradise, was sought by the Half-Face Man. The Twelfth Doctor denied its existence, claiming it to be a superstition that he had picked up from his human components. After his death, the Half-Face Man's consciousness arrived in the Nethersphere, which Missy presented as the "Promised Land" or "heaven". (TV: Deep Breath, Dark Water)

Later from his perspective, the Doctor discovered that a ship of 29th century robots that had crashed in Nottingham of about 1190 had a programmed destination of "the promised land". (TV: Robot of Sherwood)

Missy welcomes the Half-Face Man to "the Promised Land". (TV: Deep Breath)

A policeman named Matthew in Shoreditch in Clara Oswald's home time, having been killed by a Skovox Blitzer, arrived in an area of the Nethersphere resembling an office, meeting a man called Seb. Seb worked for Missy, who was busy at that moment, and mentioned that the place was known by several names, including the Promised Land. (TV: The Caretaker) He later acknowledged this name to Danny Pink. (TV: Dark Water)
